About Kollex
kollex operates a digital ordering platform for specialist wholesalers and their trade customers. Restaurant and hotel customers order 24/7 through an app or web shop, with order lists, order history and status tracking. Orders are passed automatically into the wholesaler's ERP system or sent by e-mail. Wholesalers manage their own shop through a supplier portal, where they set opening hours, customer-specific delivery days and prices, and maintain articles and promotions.
Customers are specialist food and beverage wholesalers (Fachgroßhändler) and the gastronomy and hotel businesses they supply. The platform reports over 30,000 users and more than 170 wholesalers, and it is connected to over 22 ERP systems. It also includes a product database of more than 120,000 automatically maintained product records.
kollex is a joint venture of Bitburger Braugruppe, CHEFS CULINAR, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Deutschland, Krombacher Brauerei and Rotkäppchen-Mumm Sektkellereien. The company is based in Berlin. Open positions include a Finance Manager in Berlin and a (junior) Sales Manager role that can be done remotely.
Product: Digital ordering shop and supplier portal for wholesalers, with app and web ordering for restaurant and hotel customers and ERP integration.
