Koll Group

Koll Group Oy operates Koll, a service that sends a verified contact card to a recipient when a business calls them. The SmartCard arrives via WhatsApp, RCS or SMS during the call and shows the company name, the caller and the reason for the call. Salespeople write the reason themselves or choose a template approved by the company. According to the company, calls are made only at the customer's own request or with their consent, and call content is not stored.

Target customers are car dealerships, real estate brokerages, renovation and construction firms, and recruiters. Pricing is a fixed price for the whole calling team, set by team size and chosen tier (Callerinfo or own brand), with no user licences or credits. Annual contracts include two months free.
