About Koivu Solutions
Koivu Solutions builds Sotender, a mobile-first platform that lets healthcare organisations publish open shifts and reach flexible workers directly, and Koivu Cloud, a low-code platform for data models, workflows, portals and integrations.
Customers are healthcare and public organisations, such as the Wellbeing Services County of Ostrobothnia, which uses Sotender.
Koivu Solutions was founded in Finland in 2017 and is headquartered in Pori. In December 2025 it was acquired by PubliX Group and continues as an independent operating company within that group. The company holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification.
