About Kirintec
Kirintec designs and produces technology for CEMA (cyber and electromagnetic activities), Counter-IED and Counter-UAS. Its product range includes C-UAS systems for air defence and denial, electronic countermeasures (ECM), and explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) and improvised explosive device disposal (IEDD) equipment. The REBUS solution pairs a ballistic enclosure with RF inhibition for dealing with suspect devices, and the company builds its products on an open standards, shared architecture approach.
Its customers include governments, private security companies and non-government organisations in the defence, security and critical national infrastructure sectors. The company also provides ECM and EOD equipment and training.
Kirintec was founded in 2008 and has its head office in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire. It is owned by BAE Systems. The company runs an AI/ML specialist cell focused on deploying trained models in size, weight and power constrained environments.
