kirchenweb.ch

kirchenweb.ch gmbh provides a modular software system for Swiss church parishes (Kirchgemeinden). Modules cover publishing (parish websites, info screens, event export), communication (newsletters, SMS, online forms), collaboration, administration of members, rooms, events, absences and courses, and building control that links the parish calendar to heating, church bells or door opening. Consulting, projects and training are offered alongside the system.

The customers are catholic and reformed parishes across Switzerland. The website reports 288 systems online, 3190 images in the picture pool, 114'770 current events and 238'324 managed documents.

The company is based in Gächlingen, canton Schaffhausen, and works with regional contacts in Zürich, Eastern Switzerland, Schaffhausen, Northwestern Switzerland, Espace Mittelland and Central Switzerland. Its team members are involved in parish work themselves, and the company states it is moving towards a company owned by its responsibility owners (Verantwortungseigentum).
