About Kewazo

KEWAZO GmbH builds LIFTBOT, a battery-powered, remote-controlled lifting robot that moves materials such as scaffolding, insulation, paint, electrical and mechanical parts vertically on industrial sites. The offering also includes KEWAZO ONSITE, a data analytics platform showing live operational data on material flow, and KEWAZO CARE, a support program covering training, annual maintenance, emergency support and a hotline.

Customers are asset owners, contractors and field crews in refining, petrochemical, scaffolding and construction, with case studies covering turnarounds, capital projects and maintenance. Robots are delivered with onboarding and integration, and ongoing service is sold through the KEWAZO CARE program.

KEWAZO was founded in 2018 and describes itself as a German deep-tech company, with teams in Munich and Houston. Its US entity, KEWAZO Inc., is based in Houston. In March 2026 it announced a funding round with Chevron Technology Ventures and Asahi Kasei as investors. Open roles include electrical engineering for robotics in Garching near Munich, and sales and field service roles in the United States.

Product: LIFTBOT battery-powered lifting robot with interchangeable platforms, plus the KEWAZO ONSITE analytics platform and KEWAZO CARE support program.
