Katea is an e-shop selling herbal teas, loose herbal blends, tinctures, spices, dried vegetables, skincare and small accessories under the Katea brand. Product pages list blends by health topic (cold and flu, digestion, liver and detox, nerves and stress) and state that many blends are hand-mixed and packed in Slovakia.

The company sells directly to consumers through its online shop and also lists a wholesale section on its website. The company describes personal advice to customers on choosing and preparing blends as part of its service. Revenue comes from product sales.

The brand was founded by Katka Luhanová, who began by sourcing rosehips and other herbs during the COVID period and later built the online shop. The company is registered in Slovakia as KATEA s. r. o., founded in 2022, with its headquarters listed in Podhájska. The website describes sourcing from local growers, verified Slovak and Czech buyers and imports, and a packing partnership with a protected workshop in Vrábľe.
