About K B Tech
KB Tech builds the KB Trading System, a set of modular, connected services for managing real-time data around trading environments. Components cover trade registration, straight-through-processing clearing, auction and matching, market-data distribution and a web-based trading portal.
Customers are exchanges, clearing houses, brokers, trading companies and data vendors in energy commodities and financial markets. Current and previous users named on the site include the European Energy Exchange, Cleartrade Exchange (now EEX Asia), World Container Index and Norexeco. Services include a proof-of-concept phase with reduced fees and licences, and bespoke development built around each client's processes.
KB Tech Ltd is registered in the UK, with its headquarters in Tunbridge Wells, and was founded in 2005. It has been part of the EEX Group since 2020.
