About Juust

Juust makes plant-based spreads, including Brinzárka, a dairy-free alternative to bryndza made from soy and walnuts, and Šmirkas variants with paprika, chili or beetroot. It also sells Cottage Protein+ and mycoprotein products from the Austrian brand Revo Foods, which it imports into Slovakia. The products contain no milk, lactose or casein.

Customers are consumers who order through the online shop, which ships chilled across Slovakia for €8.90 with free delivery from €50. Cafés, bistros and shops can also list the products. Retail points include shops in Bratislava, Vegan Wolf in Vienna and Rohlík.cz for online orders in the Czech Republic.

Juust was founded in 2024 and is registered in Spišská Nová Ves. Production runs in small chilled batches at a facility in Šamorín, under HACCP, with preparation for ISO 22000. Production started in August 2025 and the online shop launched in 2026. Recipes are developed by head chef Miroslava Roháčová, and Christián Múdry leads the company.
