About jurarat.de
JuraRat.de publishes German-language contract templates, legal guides and articles. Templates are offered in Word and PDF format and cover areas such as tenancy, employment, purchase, loans and powers of attorney.
Customers are private individuals as well as founders, freelancers and small businesses. Most templates are offered free of charge, and bundles of templates needed to start a company are also offered.
The site was founded by a law student and her partner. It began as a free legal Q&A forum; since late 2020 the forum has been discontinued and the site has focused on templates and editorial content, which is written and checked by the JuraRat editorial team.
Product: Downloadable contract templates (Word/PDF), legal guides and a blog covering German civil, employment, tenancy and company law.
