About Joipaw
Joipaw makes a home activity system for dogs. The Joipaw Trainer is a touchscreen on which dogs solve cognitive puzzles with their nose, and the wireless Dispenser releases a paste reward when they succeed, placed in another room to add movement. A companion app schedules sessions, supports remote monitoring and co-op play, and tracks progress over time. The game library moves from introduction games to pattern, memory and reasoning challenges, and was designed with animal-computer interaction researchers, cognitive scientists and dog trainers.
The product is aimed at dog owners, for dogs from 4 months of age of any breed or size. Customers reserve the system with a £5 refundable deposit ahead of a planned launch in early 2027, with early-bird pricing offered to those who reserve.
Joipaw was founded in 2022 and is registered in Lichfield, United Kingdom. Its co-founders are Dersim Avdar and Marco Jenny, and its scientific advisors include Eloïse Déaux and Clara Mancini of The Open University.
Product: Joipaw Trainer touchscreen, wireless treat Dispenser and companion app for daily cognitive games for dogs.
