About JobRad Loop
JobRad Loop refurbishes used bicycles and e-bikes in its own workshops and sells them through its online shop. Most bikes come from leasing returns, and the range covers e-bikes, trekking and city bikes, mountain bikes, and gravel and road bikes from over 500 brands. Each bike is inspected, repaired and cleaned, and worn parts are replaced with new branded parts.
Customers are private buyers who purchase the bikes online. The company offers a two-year warranty on e-bike batteries and motors, a one-year warranty on other parts, and a 14-day test ride period. Its refurbished bikes are priced on average 45% below new retail prices, and revenue comes from these sales.
JobRad Loop is part of the JobRad family. Its workshops are in Kabelsketal near Leipzig, and it has an office in Munich. The website states over 250 employees across these two locations. Open roles include production and workshop mechanic positions in Kabelsketal, and IT roles such as Snowflake data engineers and Business Central and Navision specialists, some of them fully remote.
Product: Refurbished used bicycles and e-bikes from leasing returns, sold through an online shop with warranty on e-bike battery and motor.
