JMB Aircraft

JMB Aircraft s.r.o. designs and manufactures light sport aircraft, including the VL3, Phoenix NG motorglider, SV4-RS and EVO four-seater. Buyers can customise the avionics, interior and exterior finish, and the company also sells used aircraft under its JMB Preowned programme.

Its customers are private pilots and aircraft buyers. The company sells aircraft directly and presents them through demo flights, demo days and exhibitions, and it reports that its aircraft are flown in the USA, South America, Europe, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.

The company is headquartered in Choceň, Czech Republic, and states that it operates five combined production sites in Europe covering over 8,000 m². Its website says the company was established in 2012, reached 200 employees in 2022, and has produced 800 units. The VL3 received UK certification progress in 2026, with the first aircraft arriving in the United Kingdom.
