About jidelniplan.cz

Jídelní plán offers recipes with nutritional values, meal plans, educational programs and an app for tracking food, glucose and weight. The app can identify meals from photos using AI, with manual logging also available.

Its programs serve people with type 2 diabetes or prediabetes, pregnant people with gestational diabetes, and people seeking healthier eating or weight management. Revenue includes paid programs and membership; sample meal plans and some content are free.
