About janbahmann.de
Bahmann Coaching GmbH provides individual online weight-loss coaching based on its MEA-3 method, which combines mindset, nutrition and activity without fixed diet rules. Clients communicate daily with their coaches via WhatsApp. The company also runs the BAHM!SHOP, which sells supplements, fitness trackers, scales and other fitness products; active coaching clients receive at least 20% off these products.
Its customers are people seeking to lose weight and keep it off. Coaching is priced individually according to scope and duration, following a free introductory consultation, and is positioned as comparable to personal training. Revenue comes from coaching fees and product sales.
Jan Bahmann started coaching in 2018 and founded Bahmann Coaching GmbH in 2019. The company is based in Hannover, where it is currently recruiting for 14 open positions, mostly full-time, in sales, customer service, marketing, business informatics and AI automation. The website states that the team grew from 4 employees in 2020 to more than 40 by 2023.
Product: Individual online weight-loss coaching with WhatsApp support, plus the BAHM!SHOP selling supplements and fitness products.
