About Jack’s Flight Club (UK)

Jack's Flight Club curates discounted flight fares, including error fares and weekend trips, and sends them to members by email, with a mobile app on paid tiers. A team of "Navigators" finds and checks the fares, and the service also publishes travel guides and tips.

Customers are individual travelers. Revenue comes from memberships: a free Standby tier with one flight a week, Takeoff at €48 a year with 8 to 10 flights a week, and First Class at €149 with the widest flight types and filtering.

The company was founded in 2021 and is registered in Cardiff, United Kingdom, where it has its headquarters. The website states it is trusted by 4 million members and offers region settings for Europe, the United Kingdom, the USA and Canada. The team is described as remote and spread across the world.

Product: Flight deal alerts delivered by email and mobile app, with free Standby, paid Takeoff and First Class membership tiers.
