itea.fr

ITEA builds reservation and back-office software for tourism booking centrals. Its products are Gestloc/Gestheb, for furnished rentals, bed and breakfasts, gîtes and group accommodation with planning management; Gestrel, for running a Gîtes de France relay, including accommodation stock, member management, statistics and pricing; and Gestprod, for destination management companies and group or event bookings, with stock management, package creation and quoting.

The customers are tourism booking centrals, including Gîtes de France departmental offices, Loisirs Accueil services, departmental tourism committees and receptive travel agencies. The website states that about a hundred centrals (Gîtes de France, Loisirs Accueil, ADT and private operators) use ITEA tools.

ITEA was founded in September 1997 and is based in Nantes, France. Its work with booking centrals started in 1987. The software offers real-time online booking, secure online payments, direct access for owners and providers to their planning, web services for travel agencies, and exports to Tourinfrance and OTA standards.
