About Itb Innovation

ITB Innovation designs and manufactures customised clamping systems for machining, including hydraulic clamping systems, special chucks, expanding chucks, steady rests, zero-point systems and hydraulic power units. Its clamping systems are built to hold workpieces securely while minimising deformation, and the company offers integrated solutions that cover clamping-cycle automation and complex feed systems.

The systems are used in machining applications such as automotive turbo bodies, compressor housings and aircraft turbine blade features. The company says its systems are used in over 20 countries. Its products are developed from design through 3D modelling, machining, assembly and inspection, all carried out in-house.

The company was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Autechaux, in the Franche-Comté region of France, where it has been based since 2004. Its workshop has more than 30 CNC machines and it employs 50 people.
