Isometric operates Certify, a certification platform where AI agents review project evidence and human verifiers make final expert decisions. Certificates are published on the public Isometric Registry and tracked from issuance to retirement. Covered areas include carbon removal, industrial emissions, energy, fuels, materials and data centers.

Suppliers of carbon removal and industrial projects submit data for certification, and buyers use the Registry to manage certificates. Isometric charges buyers a per-tonne certification fee paid on delivery, which varies by pathway and falls as a supplier's annual certificate volume rises. The company states that it selects and pays independent Validation and Verification Bodies directly.

Isometric was founded in 2022 and is based in London and New York. The company describes its Series A as $50m, backed by Intercontinental Exchange. Its website lists 209 industrial projects being certified and suppliers across 22 pathways.
