About IS4IT
IS4IT is an owner-managed IT service group. Its offering covers managed services, a service desk run 24x7, a security operations center (SOC), a computer security incident response team (CSIRT), and an AI-supported service desk. Consulting includes Microsoft 365 and governance, risk and compliance (GRC) work, and the group also serves telematics infrastructure projects.
The group serves businesses, educational institutions, public-sector clients and operators of critical infrastructure. Revenue comes from IT projects and managed service contracts delivered on site at the customer or remotely. It operates through several subsidiaries, including IS4IT KRITIS GmbH, IS4IT Cyber Security Austria GmbH and the AI subsidiary CrystalAlpha, founded in 2023.
The group was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in Oberhaching near Munich. It has more than 250 employees and locations in Berlin, Nuremberg, Leinfelden-Echterdingen near Stuttgart, Schwaig at Munich Airport, Obrigheim, Zug in Switzerland and Vienna. Current openings include a Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration and a Lead Consultant for Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace, both based in Oberhaching.
