ip4business.es

IP4Business is a cloud-hosted virtual phone switchboard. Users connect extensions from desktop, mobile and browser (WebRTC webphone), and the platform supports SIP trunks from other operators and a REST API. Optional modules cover a call center with real-time queues and agents, call recording, legal employee time tracking, a predictive autodialer, bulk SMS and a module for hotels, hospitals and clinics.

The service is sold to small and medium-sized businesses in Spain as monthly packs based on the number of extensions, with no minimum contract term and no setup fee. Extra extensions, geographic numbers and IP terminals are charged separately, and minutes beyond the included allowance are billed per minute. Business telephony is offered under the IP4Business brand, which the company BNT Business Telecom operates.

The company is based in Málaga, Spain, and its published website and services are in Spanish.
