INTOZA

INTOZA s.r.o. is a construction company that designs and builds low-energy and passive buildings, renovates existing houses and apartment blocks, and supplies ventilation and air-conditioning systems. Its services cover feasibility studies, design, subsidy and financing support, and construction, and it also offers 3D scanning of building interiors and exteriors.

The company serves private families (house renovations and new energy-saving homes), private and public investors (residential and commercial buildings), and public-sector clients, with references listed on its website that include a school renovation, a town hall refurbishment and a residential building facade repair. It operates as a construction contractor, so its revenue comes from project-based building work and related installation services.

INTOZA traces its origins to a sole proprietorship founded in 1992 and describes the limited company INTOZA s.r.o. as founded in 2000, with its own premises in Ostrava-Hulváky. The website states that the company has held ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001 certificates and that it built the first passive-standard administrative building in the Czech Republic, completed in 2011. Its current careers page lists an open site manager (stavbyvedoucí) position in Ostrava.
