About Installer Suomi
Installer Suomi Oy provides installation services for air-to-air heat pumps (ilmalämpöpumput). The company also offers site surveys, maintenance and repair services, and removal and recycling of old heat pumps, including warranty repairs together with importers.
Its customers are heat pump retailers, such as consumer electronics chains, hardware stores and HVAC shops, which sell installation as part of the purchase. It also serves property management clients such as housing companies and property owners, and private buyers who bought a unit from a partner store. The company describes its work as a service sold on behalf of retailers and importers, and it has accepted installer partner status from several importers.
Installer Suomi was founded in 2022 and is based in Lahti. It operates in the Päijät-Häme, Uusimaa, Varsinais-Suomi, Kanta-Häme and Pirkanmaa regions. The company states that all its installers are approved by TUKES, and it says it measures customer satisfaction through NPS.
