About Innatera Nanosystems

Innatera develops the Pulsar, a neuromorphic microcontroller that combines a spiking neural network compute fabric, a CNN accelerator and a 32-bit RISC-V CPU on one chip for real-time sensor data processing. The Talamo SDK lets developers build SNN models or port TensorFlow and PyTorch workloads to the hardware.

The company targets product developers in consumer electronics, IoT and smart home, industrial, wearables and robotics. The website names an ODM customer and collaborations with partners such as Socionext, and describes early-access evaluation kits; it does not publish revenue or pricing details.

Innatera was founded in 2018 as a spin-out from Delft University of Technology. It raised a €5M seed round in 2020 and a €15M Series A in March 2024, later extended to a $19.8M round. Its job listings show an office in Rijswijk, Netherlands, and the careers page states 100+ employees. Open roles include senior compiler, SDK, field application and hardware simulator engineering, plus business development.
