About ImmIQ (eine Marke der flaiu GmbH)

ImmIQ is software for building surveyors, appraisal offices and site managers. Users photograph and dictate findings on site, including offline, and the app structures them by item, location and trade. It then generates a draft report in Word or PDF using the customer's own template, which the user reviews and releases.

Customers are building surveyors, appraisal offices, site managers, architects, craft businesses and property management firms. The product is sold as a monthly subscription with plans starting at 199 € per month plus VAT, and access is limited to commercial contract partners with an active licence.

The product is developed by flaiu GmbH, founded in 2025 and based in Meerbusch, North Rhine-Westphalia. ImmIQ is hosted on servers in Germany and has been live since 2026. The company is currently recruiting a working student for software development in Meerbusch.

Product: Mobile and web app for on-site photo and voice capture, structured documentation and AI-drafted Word/PDF reports in customer templates.
