About IGEA

IGEA designs gas, energy and water-management structures, including gas pipelines and regulating stations, district heating and boiler rooms, water and sewer networks, and wastewater treatment plants. It also prepares energy performance certificates, energy audits and 3D/BIM asset surveys, and designs hydrogen, CNG and LNG filling stations.

The company works on project documentation and engineering services for clients in the gas, energy and water sectors. It is part of the GASCONTROL GROUP, a group of companies offering design through to turnkey implementation in the energy sector.

IGEA s.r.o. was founded in 1992 in Ostrava under the name Severomoravský plynárenský inženýring and renamed in 2004. Its registered seat is in Ostrava, and it has branches in Prague, Brno and Olomouc. The company holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certificates and employs about 35 designers and engineers.
