About Identum

Identum builds eAdm, a cloud identity and access management (IAM) platform that automates joiner-mover-leaver processes. It reads HR and payroll data, creates user accounts based on defined rules, and updates or removes access when an employee changes role or leaves. The platform connects to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Entra ID, Active Directory and other business systems.

Its customers are public and private sector organisations in Norway, including municipalities. Identum offers ready-made integrations with Visma Enterprise, Unit4 (Agresso), Simployer and municipal systems such as KS Kunnskap, Framsikt and Gerica. The company also offers eFeide, a product it started with public-sector customers in 2009.

Identum was founded in Bergen in 2009 by Manuel Fraga and Eric Lithun. Visma acquired the company in 2023. The website reports more than 500 customers in 2025 and international customers since 2022, with European expansion starting in 2026.

Product: eAdm, a cloud IAM platform that automates account provisioning, access changes and offboarding from HR and payroll data; eFeide, an education identity product.
