Ideální Pohyb

Ideální Pohyb is a Czech company that offers functional foot diagnostics and follow-up exercise lessons. Its method addresses flat feet, hallux valgus and body imbalances that it links to the feet, with the stated aim of avoiding surgery. The first visit is a diagnostic session on a podoscope, followed by lessons at intervals of one to two weeks.

Customers are individuals of all ages, including children from age 7, adults, athletes and seniors. Clients book single diagnostic sessions, group diagnostics or prepaid packages of follow-up lessons, with prices published on the website. Revenue comes from these session and package fees.

The company was registered in 2024 and is a limited liability company (s.r.o.). Its website lists locations in Brno, Hradec Králové, Olomouc, Ostrava, Plzeň, Praha, Ústí nad Labem and Zlín, and states that ten branches were opened in the past year and that the team has 45 people.
