ICT DIRECT

ICT DIRECT is a recruitment firm offering executive search for technology and ICT leaders and managers, temporary staffing of technical specialists, and international recruitment. Its Try & Hire service lets clients test a hired specialist during a first-year trial period on the company's payroll before a permanent contract is agreed.

The company serves Finnish businesses that need technology specialists, executives and managers. The website states that it has served more than 200 clients and has operated for over 10 years. Revenue comes from search, staffing and recruitment fees; the input does not describe pricing.

The website states the company has an office in India, without naming a city, and that it helps specialists relocate to Finland. Its public job listings include Business IT Manager (Lohja), Senior Data Engineer, Senior Data Architect, Senior Financial Controller (SAP ERP) and a freelance recruitment consultant role (Kuopio, Lohja or remote).

Product: Executive search, temporary IT staffing, international recruitment and Try & Hire placement services.
