About Ice Star

Ice Star designs and manufactures control systems for industrial heat treatment. Its IS System combines IS controllers with the ISPort software, which monitors, controls and documents heating processes, including real-time displays, event logs, diagrams and certificate printing.

ISPort is offered in three versions: ISPort32 for basic operation, ISPort32S for supervisors and advanced users, and ISPort32C for temperature calibration. A free licence is available, and a paid extended version, FUP1, adds features such as log browsing and simultaneous display of up to nine processes. Licences are priced by the number of devices and features required. Products are distributed through Arc-Heating S.r.o. in Europe and Hotfoil-EHS, Inc. in the USA, Canada and Mexico.

Ice Star Oy is registered in Turku, Finland, with a founding date of 1990. The company states that it was founded in 1984 by Esa Santala and describes itself as family-owned with more than 40 years of experience in heat treatment technology.

Product: IS System: IS heat treatment controllers combined with the ISPort software for monitoring, control and documentation of heating processes.
