ibusz.hu

IBUSZ operates as a Hungarian travel agency selling foreign and domestic package holidays, all-inclusive trips, cruises, bus and charter flight tours, airline tickets, travel insurance (in partnership with Colonnade Biztosító), currency exchange, gift vouchers and event and conference organisation. Its website also includes an online flight search and a customer account area for managing bookings.

The company sells its travel services directly to private travellers through its branch network and website, and also serves business travellers through a Corporate business travel unit. Revenue comes from selling travel products and services; the website states that prices shown include all mandatory fees for the advertised programme, with optional extras such as excursions, visas and cancellation or travel insurance payable separately.

The website states the company has 120 years of experience and lists IBUSZ Utazási Irodák Kft. as the operating entity, with a central office in Budapest and branches in cities including Szolnok, Röszke, Veszprém, Zalaegerszeg and others across Hungary. Current job postings include a corporate flight ticket sales role and a business operations administrator at the central office, a tourism clerk in Szolnok, a customs officer at the Röszke border crossing office, and internship positions in tourism and social media marketing.
