About ibc-solar.de

IBC SOLAR sells photovoltaic and energy storage components and develops its own solar products. Its distribution business supplies manufacturer-independent PV modules, mounting systems, inverters, storage, energy management systems and wallboxes, and the company also sells its own IBC SOLAR brand mounting systems. Its project business plans and delivers turnkey PV systems and large solar parks, covering project development, financing, planning, construction, operation and maintenance.

Customers include installation partners, businesses, industrial companies, investors, municipalities and landowners. Homeowners are served with the IBC HomeOne complete system. Revenue comes from product sales through partner installers and from project work. The company offers a 15-year combined guarantee on its mounting system and module and a PV insurance package with partner GGW.

The company was founded in Franconia and has been operating since 1982. Its headquarters are in Bad Staffelstein, Germany, and it lists further sites in Poland, the Netherlands, Switzerland, South Africa, Romania, Croatia, Spain, Austria, Italy, France and Portugal. It reports almost 500 employees and states that it has implemented more than eleven gigawatts of PV capacity worldwide. Its open positions cover distribution sales, project engineering, logistics, purchasing, IT and apprenticeships.

Product: Manufacturer-independent PV and storage components, own-brand IBC SOLAR mounting systems, the IBC HomeOne home system, and turnkey solar park projects.
