I&C project

I&C project s.r.o. is an engineering design company for building technology. Its services cover measurement and control (MaR), building management systems (BMS), electrical technical equipment up to 1000 V (VTZE) and BIM-based project documentation. It also prepares construction and workshop documentation for switchboards, manages project documentation in the cloud and offline, and produces and commissions MaR switchboards.

Customers are system integrators and installation companies in measurement and control, for whom the company adapts its design outputs to each integrator's standards, architecture and switchboard structure. Services are quoted on request, either as a consultation or a tailored price offer. The founder, Ing. Tomáš Malatinec, has worked in MaR design since 2016, previously as a subcontractor within the structures of several business partners.
