About Hyttetjenester
Fribo is an app and system for booking and coordinating services at Norwegian holiday cabins (hytter), including snow ploughing, washing, firewood delivery, salting and property inspection. Local service providers carry out the work, while Fribo handles scheduling, order management and invoicing data.
Customers are cabin owners who book services in the Fribo app, and service providers (snow ploughing, firewood and cleaning companies) who plan routes, receive orders and get billing data through Fribo Partner. The company states that 280 providers use Fribo and that the app is free for cabin owners.
The company was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Oslo, with an office in Skien. It operates under the legal name Hyttetjenester AS and previously traded as Hyttetjenester, Brøyte.no and Friio. The site states it covers about 64,000 cabins, mostly in southern Norway's mountain areas.
Product: Fribo app and Fribo Partner system for ordering and coordinating snow ploughing, firewood, washing and cabin inspection.
