About Hyrox UK

HYROX is a fitness racing format that combines 1 km runs with eight functional workout stations: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls. Races are held indoors in exhibition halls, and the format is the same worldwide, enabling global leaderboards and a cumulative World Championships at the end of each race season.

Participants compete in Open, Pro, Doubles and Relay divisions, so the races are open to individual athletes, pairs and four-person teams such as gyms and corporate groups. Race entries are sold as tickets on the brand's website.

HYROX UK Ltd was founded in 2024 and is headquartered in London. The brand reports more than 100 events worldwide in 2026.
