About Hunit
Hunit builds Agentic Contract software. Contracts are drafted in Microsoft Word with automation embedded in the document, then signed on Hunit's platform. Once signed, the contract triggers payments, routes approvals and reminders, monitors external data sources, and records evidence of performance.
Its customers include maritime contract parties working on BIMCO model agreements, inspection and certification businesses, and municipal and public-sector bodies. The Word add-in is free to download, while only licensees can send the final draft for signature. Hunit has licensed NEK 405 electrical safety standards into its platform for Norwegian inspection businesses, and it runs a joint pilot with IT Kommunal, the digital services arm of the Austrian Association of Municipalities.
Hunit was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It was selected for the Microsoft for Startups ScaleUp Accelerator, the A&O Shearman FUSE programme and LawtechUK.
