About Humnize

Humnize is a UK technical recruitment firm that sources, pre-vets and places IT professionals, including cloud engineers, developers, analysts, project managers and specialists in Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, AI and data. Each candidate is assessed on technical skills, cognitive ability, personality and cultural fit, and each submitted candidate comes with a recorded video screening interview.

Clients are UK tech companies, managed service providers, SaaS providers and HR leaders. Humnize charges a success fee on placement: 15% of salary under its Recruitment Partner service, with a 3-month guarantee, and 20% under Recruitment Partner+, which adds skills-based testing, candidate verification and reference checks and carries a 12-month guarantee. The company states that over 90% of its placed candidates remain in post after 12 months.

Humnize was founded by Chris Jordan and Dean Watmough, who are co-founders. The team also includes Rachel Dixon, an HR consultant, and Matthew Wright, a technical consultant. The company is registered in the United Kingdom and operates under the Humnize UK brand.
