HOUR develops Humanet, a cloud HR system that combines personnel records, payroll, attendance and other HR processes, with selected functions available through a mobile app. The company also offers HR and payroll outsourcing, consulting, training and support services.

The system serves organizations ranging from small businesses to large companies, including manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, retail, energy and public-sector organizations. Revenue comes from usage-based software subscriptions and related services; attendance terminal hardware is also offered.

Humanet is developed by HOUR, spol. s r.o., a Slovak company founded in 1993 and based in Žilina. The company says it has a team of more than 110 people and has worked on HR systems for more than 30 years; it describes Humanet as having launched in 2006.
