About Humancraft
HumanCraft is a French intermediary for the purchase of intellectual services. It works under a tripartite model in which a client, a partner IT services company (ESN) or independent consultant, and HumanCraft sign one contract. Its NEEDZ+ system uses 17 AI agents to source, qualify, match and rank candidate profiles for client tenders, drawing on a pool of 50,000+ profiles.
Customers are large corporate buyers on the demand side, and partner ESNs, freelancers, business introducers and portage companies on the supply side. Services cover sourcing, qualification (including multi-language code tests and video-recorded interviews), launch committees, mission follow-up, purchase orders and invoicing. Its offers include commercial portage at 5%, client coaching and a single point of contact per mission.
HumanCraft was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Beauvais, France. The company reports four awards in 18 months, including Gold at the Trophées des Achats 2025, and a client satisfaction score of 9.4/10 among operational staff.
Product: NEEDZ+ AI matching system and a tripartite procurement service for IT consultants and partner IT services firms, under one contract.
