About Hubtal

Hubtal builds AI-first software for recruitment, payroll and internal operational knowledge. Its products are Draft.Jobs, an applicant tracking system with AI built into the recruitment workflow; Emerhub Brain, an AI-integrated library for internal company knowledge; and Causaro, a payroll platform for businesses in the Philippines. An entity management system for Emerhub (Emerhub One) and an employer-of-record platform for RecruitGo are in development.

Hubtal's work alongside Emerhub and RecruitGo informed the products. One contract preparation and signing system the company built for a client reduced average preparation-to-signature time from 12 days to 2 days, in one client workflow.
