About Howspace

Howspace builds a collaborative learning and enablement platform. It combines workspace building, guided and self-paced learning journeys, dialogue and co-creation tools, impact tracking, and AI-based summaries of discussions. An optional AI Team add-on includes AI Builder, which drafts programmes, and AI Coach, which answers participant questions from the programme content.

Customers are organisations, mainly learning and development, GTM enablement, and strategy and change teams. Howspace sells annual platform subscriptions priced by seat tiers: Standard from €9,000 per year (including 100 seats), Premium from €18,720 per year (including 200 seats), and Enterprise on custom pricing. Modules and usage and feature add-ons are sold on top. The company states it has 500+ customer organisations.

Howspace was founded in 2007 by Ilkka Mäkitalo and Olli-Pekka Juoperi. Its headquarters is in Helsinki, with offices in Jyväskylä and Stockholm, and it reports 55 employees in 12 countries. The company states 30,000+ active daily users from 700+ organisations in 50 countries.
