Hopscotch Day Nurseries

Hopscotch Day Nurseries runs day nurseries for young children in Hampshire. The website describes a play-based early years approach, settling-in and transition support, family engagement workshops, and parent information resources.

The customers are parents and carers seeking childcare places, who enquire through the website about visits, settling in, opening hours, fees and funding. The company also recruits early years staff and runs an apprenticeship pathway called Academy, with routes from entry level to leadership.

The website lists 11 nurseries: Ashcroft, Botley, Eastleigh, Fareham, Gosport, Harbourside, Lee on the Solent, Portswood, Regents Park, Sholing and Titchfield. All are open Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6:00pm. At the time of the crawl, 12 job listings were open, mostly early years practitioner roles plus a room leader, a lead practitioner, a cook and a cleaner. The website states it has nearly 500 employee positions. The team page names a Founder and Managing Director.
