Homefeel

Homefeel, operated by Marcel Ley e.K., develops and furnishes living spaces for long-term stays. Its activities cover real estate development for hotels, guesthouses and event spaces, furnished apartments rented on a time-limited basis, and accommodation for employees.

According to the website, customers include businesses that need to house staff at short notice and guests looking for furnished apartments. The company earns revenue from furnished rentals and property development; the website does not describe pricing or contract terms. Its Haus Kuckenberg brand focuses on property development in the Bergisches Land region of North Rhine-Westphalia.

The head office is in Langenfeld, Germany, and the website states that the company operates nationwide in Germany. Managing directors Marcel Ley and Reshma Ley are named on the site; the website says Reshma Ley had the idea of expanding furnished living in 2014. Current job postings are for a part-time office clerk (Bürokauffrau/-mann) and a working student in inside sales.
