About Holis Consulting
Holis builds SaaS software and engineering services for inspection and maintenance data of industrial assets. Its VERSA Suite covers the asset lifecycle in three modules: PREMIS for project engineering data, OPERA for maintenance and operations on top of the existing ERP, and LENS for 2D/3D plant models with simulations for inspection and maintenance campaigns. DIAG+ is a diagnosis of the inspection and maintenance data held in a customer's ERP, producing costed quick wins and a ranked plan.
Customers are asset owners, operators and the contractors who run projects alongside them, in oil and gas, chemicals and agro-industry, including refineries, offshore platforms and chemical plants. Each engagement follows five steps: diagnose, blend tooling with engineering, right-size modules to the asset, implement, and provide ongoing support. Reference projects include the AMIRAL mega-refinery, a topside inspection programme for TotalEnergies and a life-extension integrity register for North Oil Company.
Holis was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in Pau, France, where it also runs a dedicated integration team. It has a subsidiary in Doha, Qatar. The founders are inspection and maintenance engineers who spent two decades on industrial sites across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
