HOGAST

HOGAST is a purchasing cooperative (Einkaufsgenossenschaft) for hotels and gastronomy. It pools its members' purchasing volume to negotiate conditions with supplier partners in areas such as food, energy, construction projects and insurance. Members order through the digital platform My HOGAST, which the website describes as one login for ordering products across several locations.

Customers are member businesses in hotels and gastronomy, and in health, education and social institutions. The website lists membership thresholds by F&B purchasing volume: from 220,000 € in Austria and 110,000 € in Germany via supplier partners, and from 30,000 € for medium-sized businesses in Austria.
