hlidacky.cz

Hlídačky.cz operates an online platform where parents search for and book babysitters ("hlídačky") and also offers listings for cleaning and elderly care. The website states that verified reservations include insurance for children during care, for pets during walks, and for household damage during cleaning.

Customers are families who search for and contact sitters through the platform, and the sitters themselves, who create profiles. Families pay for paid membership plans, listed on the website as weekly (577 CZK), monthly (677 CZK) and quarterly (977 CZK), and the website states that sitters receive 100% of their agreed fee with no commission added. Sitters are paid directly by families.

The company was founded in 2013 and is registered in Prague 7-Holešovice. The website lists operations in Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Plzeň, Liberec, Olomouc, České Budějovice, Hradec Králové, Pardubice, Ústí nad Labem and Zlín, and reports over 671,200 families and sitters. The team page lists co-founders, including a CEO and a CFO, a CTO, and customer support staff, including people assigned to Hungarian-language support.
