HJHome

HJHOME designs and builds family houses and residential or developer projects, mainly low-energy and passive buildings. Its scope covers design, construction and final handover (kolaudace) of the building.

The website names materials and systems used in its projects, including foam glass, single-layer masonry and a ventilation unit with an enthalpy heat exchanger. Customers are private clients building family homes and developers building residential or mixed-use buildings. The website does not describe the commercial model in detail.

The company was founded in 2023 and is registered in Brno, Czech Republic. The website references a polyfunctional residential building in Ptice built together with AllBuildCZ and Nema Construction, and cooperation with the HARFEN atelier. Project updates are published on Instagram.
