H Hotels Collection operates eight hotels: seven luxury resorts in Rhodes and the Titania Hotel Athens in central Athens. The resorts offer swimming pools, spa services, kids' clubs, entertainment teams, dining and organised beaches, with suites, swim-up rooms and bungalows. Titania Hotel Athens has conference facilities and a rooftop restaurant and bar.

The group serves leisure travellers, families, couples and adults-only guests in Rhodes, as well as business and city-break guests in Athens. It also offers event services at its hotels. Its revenue comes from hotel accommodation, dining and event services.

The group was founded in 1993 by the Hatzilazarou family, starting with a hotel in Kiotari, Rhodes. In 2024 it acquired Rhodes Bay Hotel and Elite Suites, now operating as Amus Hotel & Spa, and added Titania Hotel Athens. The company lists openings for hotel operations, kitchen, and bars and restaurants roles in Rhodes and southern Rhodes.
