About Hexadrone

Hexadrone SAS designs and manufactures the TUNDRA 2, a modular multi-role drone platform that carries interchangeable payloads through its TR-Lock and TR-Module interfaces. The company also offers engineering design services, training, maintenance and a test laboratory, and runs a multi-brand drone store.

Its customers include the French armed forces: the TUNDRA holds the UAF label ("Utilisé par les Armées Françaises") awarded by the French Ministry of the Armed Forces. Hexadrone states that it guarantees spare-part availability for 10 years and that most of the TUNDRA's structural parts are produced in France by partners.

Hexadrone was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Saint-Ferreol-D'Auroure in the Haute-Loire department, where its factory is located. The company has been working with the notified body NAVCERT GmbH on the C5 and C6 class examination of the TUNDRA 2 for European commercialisation.
