About Heritage Portfolio
Heritage Portfolio is a catering company that provides food, drink and event planning for weddings, corporate occasions and private celebrations in historic and visitor venues. Its offering includes seasonal menus, canapés, puddings, wine and cocktail service, and gift vouchers for afternoon teas and lunches.
Clients are event organisers and visitor attractions in Scotland and London, and the company names venues including V&A Dundee, Mansfield Traquair and Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh among those it works with. Revenue comes from catering contracts for events and from the sale of gift vouchers.
Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Edinburgh, the company also operates in London and runs a Central Production Kitchen in Leith, Edinburgh, which supplies its retail venues in Edinburgh and Dundee. Current vacancies include baker and lead chef roles at the Leith kitchen, each 30 hours per week.
Product: Event catering for weddings, corporate events and private functions, plus gift vouchers for afternoon teas and seasonal lunches.
